Designed for versatility, the arena features stadium seating for 1,060, along with additional concrete seating, providing a dynamic setting for competitions, exhibitions, and entertainment events.

Facility Rental Rates:
- Livestock/Equine Events: $2,500 per day or 12% of ticket gross, whichever is greater
- Non-Livestock/Equine Events: $3,000 per day or 12% of ticket gross, whichever is greater
- Additional Fees:
- Non-event day lighting: $50 per hour (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Overnight lighting fee: $200 per night
- RV space charges apply separately
