Parents: Do Not use your name and social security number on behalf of your child. The Social Security Number given Must be that of the exhibitor. Complete the Exhibitor Sub W9 and save it to your computer. You will be required to upload it during registration. You will need to download Adobe Reader, link below, to sign the Sub W9.
